那个登录费，我在加拿大政扶网站上找半天没有？那过给贴个练接。我看到到的，就是吧问送到中国？

I googked some information , which say if the application is submited outside of canada, Online payment option is not available.

I did click that link. But no option for me to pay rolf fee. All the option is for application fee which I did long time ago.

Click continue on that link...then follow the instruction...Choose Mississauga processing centre when asked...then it will bring you to a webpage which you can choose RPRF...

I just did it and it brought me here...

You will need to fill the receipt.　　On the receipt, you should fill your information (client ID, name, DOB).
