apartment的隔壁的老外老是在半夜发出很大的怪音怎么办

apartment的隔音效果不是很好，又是卧室临着卧室那种。这半年左右搬来个女的老外，像是印巴伊朗南美的，具体我也弄不清楚，只碰到过一次。
最近这一个月，经常半夜12点以后发出间断的啊啊的咯咯的声音，昨天又有音乐的声音，不是很大，但是可以听到，各位有没有什么经验？我准备今天往她家塞条子，如果不奏效再和super联系。我准备这样写：

The apartment is not sound-proof, please turn off the music and do not make noise between 10PM and 8AM.

Thanks for your corporation.

各位看行不行？或者有什么好办法？谢谢

我家孩子最近不在，过段时间回来后估计也会吵她

实在不行只有搬家，哪的apartment隔音效果好些？

估计都差不多，我也正愁呢，隔壁老外夫妇不知道咋得，最喜欢半夜看电视，经常12点左右开卧室里得电视，而且都是枪战片，那声音，夜深人静得时候，就和你在战场上差不理，我也郁闷着怎么办才好呢

write a letter to your neighbor first stressing your concerns and assume they are good people.
if nothing happens, talk to your super to see if he/she would like to talk to the neighbor, if the super asked you to write a note, you then write a note.
I take the liberty to draft a sample of the letter to the neighbor:
Dear neighbor in Apartment #xxx
I am your neighbor living in apartmentXXXX. I am a little sensitive to noise, especially in night. I always sleep lightly. Please do me a favor to reduce the noise that will make my life much better.
