俺也来凑个热闹。。。。下面来自一个EMAIL,主题是“BAD DAY” ------------------------------------------------------------------- YOU MIGHT BE HAVING A BAD DAY IF..................... 1] You woke up in a strange place 2] Your new diet doesn't seem to be working 3] You pulled a muscle while trying to exercise 4] Your new hat looked better on you at the store 5] You keep losing things 6] You feel like you're in the wrong place at the wrong time 7] The boss chewed you out at work 8] You got caught in the rain at lunchtime 9] You feel trapped somehow... 10] Traffic on the way home was brutal 11] You think you might be coming down with the flu 12] You're home alone and you hear a noise in the basement With all the sadness and trauma going on in the world at the moment, it is worth reflecting on the death of a very important person, which almost went unnoticed last week. Larry LaPrise, the man that wrote 'The Hokie Pokey' died peacefully at the age of 93. The most traumatic part for his family was getting him into the coffin. They put his left leg in. And then the trouble started. Shut up. You know it's funny. Now send it on to someone else and make them smile. |

Make sure your hair is dry before going outside. 6.) Eat right. 7.) Get outside in the sun every once in a while. 8.) Always wear a seatbelt. 9.) Control your drinking of beverages. 10.) Smile! It will make you feel better. 11.) Don't over indulge yourself. 12.) Bathe regularly. 13.) Read to exercise the brain 14.) Surround yourself with friends. 15.) 16.) Use the bathroom regularly. 17.) Get plenty of exercise. 18.) Have your eyes checked regularly. 19.) Eat plenty of vegetables. 20.) Believe that people will like you for who you are. 21.) Forgive and forget. 22.) Take plenty of vacations. 24.) Pick up a hobby. 25.) Love your neighbor as yourself.
