挑车买车纠结，MINI COOPER和雪弗兰的malibu

又来咨询了。
转了一圈，基本锁定MINI COOPER和雪弗兰的malibu 二选一。
纠结呀
家里3口人
明年归calgary
家里有个4驱SUV
老婆准备从美国买辆买菜车带过去，
MINI COOPER和雪弗兰的malibu ，哪个更好些？

女士开mini cooper应该更nb些。但是3口之家要选4门的。如果按卡尔加里的气候吗冬天还是malibu能更抗造，毕竟底盘高一些。

If you go with a mini, make sure you buy the right model for yourself.

There are five bodies: Coupe, Convertible, Roadster, Clubman, Countryman, and three power trains: base, S, JCW, creating 15 combinations to choose from. Power is significantly different among three power trains due to the small size of the car. I would go for the JCW model if money permitted, or the S model for the least and mod it afterwards to bring it up to the JCW level.

Coupe has superb handling, better than all other bodies.

Convertible, Roadster and Clubman are very close to the coupe, except heavier and slightly less rigid. Clubman is longer with better rear seat space and trunk space.

Countryman has excellent AWD for Calgary, nice interior with high ceiling and both front/rear bucket seats. Its handling is better than other small SUVs. Mini used the countryman AWD to come back to World Rally Championship recently and jumped to the top rankings quickly.

Also, if you care about handling, make sure that sport suspension is equipped. If you care about comfort, make sure that panoramic moon roof and heated seats are included. If you care about exterior appearance, make sure that the aerodynamic body kit is included.

Malibu is a totally different car. No thrill at all in driving, from handling, accelerating, braking to cornering. It is just a plain family sedan that's all.

I paid $42k after tax for mine. I think the cheapest one was about $28k.
