【求助】精通电工code的高手请进
请问code对设备控制配电盘用线的颜色有没有硬性的要求？如果有，在code的哪一部分？谢谢先。

600V: black (Canada: Phase A Red Tape at terminal, Phase C Blue) (States: Phase B Red Tape, Phase C Blue) 120V: Red, Neutral: White 24V DC: Blue Ground: Green or Green with yellow strip PLC DC I/O: Blue PLC AC: Red&White DC Sensors: +:Blown, -:White, Signal:Black not in CODE I, should be in one of CODE II related to Equipment&Bulletins issued by Ontario |

我没有code 2. 我在boiler的配电柜里另外加了一个报警的一个小回路.因为输出的用的是AC 24V,也没有想那么多，就用白颜色的线把几个继电器跨接连在了一起。120v的控制火线用的是黑颜色的，零线用的是白色的。用了都多半年了包括厂家来维修都没说过什么。结果我们这里新来了一个电工，当地人50多岁master licence,跟我们经理说为什么用那么多的白线,说白线是零线bylaw的.简直是胡说!回家找书终于在red book上找到了一个关于线的颜色的，里面有一句话是好像是：colour coding is not required by electrical code.第二天就给经理看,经理看后说:Oh,you'r right.

即使CODE没有COLOR CODE 的硬性规定，也最好按照颜色配线接线，如果你不按颜色接，让专业人士看到的第一反应就是你不专业，安全是人命关天的事，请注意所有细节。如果INSPECTOR看到也一定会让你改。 夸张一点，假如你用＃16蓝线接120AC，就有电到人的危险。因为那通常是24DC。 如果手边没有合适颜色的线，又急着用设备，最好LABEL，不仅是线，而且在配电柜上标明。 |

WIRING A. All wire shall be single conductor stranded copper with 600-volt insulation and shall be suitable for a maximum operating temperature of 90C (194F) B. The wire shall have size, grade of insulation, voltage rating and manufacturer’s name permanently marked on the outer covering at regular intervals. The minimum wire size shall be as follows: Wire size Use #12 (T90) Motors and power wiring #14 (T90) Field wiring to control devices #16 (TEW) Internal cabinet wiring and 24VDC control circuits #18 (TEW) I/O wiring from PLC wiring arm to terminal strip within cabinet C. Color coding shall be as follows Color Purpose Black Line, Motor, 460-Volt wiring and Heaters AC/DC 600v Red 120 VAC (HOT) control wiring White 120VAC Neutral (shall be uniquely labeled) White w/Black Tracer 347 VAC Neutral (shall be uniquely labeled) Natural Gray AC Clean Power Neutral Only (shall be uniquely labeled) Blue DC control wiring White w/Blue Tracer DC common Orange w/White Tracer 24 VAC (HOT) control wiring White w/Orange Tracer 24 VAC Neutral (shall be uniquely labeled) Yellow Interlock control wiring energized from any external power or any internal non-interruptible power sources. Ungrounded control conductors that may remain energized when the main disconnecting means is in the OFF position. These conductors shall be YELLOW throughout the entire circuit, including wiring in the control panel and the external field wiring. White w/Yellow Tracer Grounded (neutral) ac control circuit conductor that remains energized when the disconnecting means is in the OFF position. For additional circuits powered from different sources that remain energized. Green Equipment grounding conductors (Green/Yellow acceptable) Orange Temporary jumper wire or wild leg D. Ribbon cable is acceptable if used within the confinement of control panels. E. All wires shall be identified to match the designation of the elementary wiring diagram. For I/O wiring, PLC address shall not be the wire designation unless specifically required per a given set of plant specifications. All wire numbers shall reflect the appropriate column and row and or line number from the blueprint. All wires shall be identified on both ends by means of computer printed snug fit plastic sleeves. All sleeves shall be shrunk for a snug fit. Preferred Brady perma sleeve. |
