既然有condition了,inspection 不过关就可以通知对方取消交易。。 basement 漏水确实要修理的。当初我买的时候要求对方修理。对方办到了。所以我还是要了。。 其实你如果想要这个房子的话,也可以这么办,把这个加进合同。成交日应该还有一段时间。对方肯定会修理的。。 basement 漏水普遍存有,也许下一家照旧。。不能因此而放弃。。主要房顶要换,可以要求对方减价5000左右。。这时修也不可能了。。 自己考虑吧。。 其实还要看空调,热水器,暖气炉的年限,这些都是要花钱的。可以在上面讲点价。。 |

跟agent表明dissatisfied at this proporty, 他说可以给签mutual release. 内容如下: ...I asure you that any other property that you would want to purchase will have some issues, but in this case I am sure we could talk to the seller to remedy the deficiencies. But if you have made up your mind and you are determined to get out of Purchase Agreement Mutual Release and sign...needs to be accepted by the seller and then our broker.
