加拿大police certificate

请问哪位有最新的CASE，最近加拿大POLICE CERTIFICATE要用多长时间啊？是不是RCMP把它邮到BUFFALO 我就能拿到LP啦？我是１２月１０日被输入到RCMP的数据库中的，１１月１８日邮给RCMP的。

It will take in excess of 150 days to finish. I took my fingerprint on September 18 and they input it on October 7. So far I am waiting. If you have not been chosen to conduct background check, you will get LP soon after you finish your fingerprint check.
Could you share your timeline? Have you recieved a letter (3rd letter) to ask you to update your personal and residential history?

看来获得加拿大的POLICE CERTIFICATE都成大问题了，我的是9月17日进入他们的系统的，12月21日我又问了他们一次，12月23日他们回复说还没处理好。建议在这个窗口，我们这些请求获得加拿大POLICE CERTIFICATE的人多多交流，互相鼓励吧！

People! The processing time is getting longer than 5 months for a stupid FP.

I contacted them by email and get the same answer.

CIC is so slow they screwed me up and asked me to do the MD again. It is their responsibility!!!

I can't believe this.

我是8/25进的数据库到现在还没有做好呢，而且我从12/17日至今发了3个EMAIL给RCMP，都没有回音，气死我了。

今天终于收到RCMP的回信，说我的指纹报告是12/11做好并邮寄到HK使馆，看来RCMP是1/2日开始上班的。现在接着等MER的出现......

这末说，也就是四五个月的时间了，通常来讲？在这个阶段，应该没有背景调查了吧。 So far，还没接到第三封信（还要第三封信啊，在LP之前？）

It should be 5-6 months depending on if you are male or female. Some guys have got the famous background check after they get the fingerprint. I have got the third letter asking me to supply the personal and residential history in order to complete the mandatory background check.

再次请问最近有谁得到加拿大指纹认证的吗？请分享你的近度。我的是10月7日进入系统的。各位预测我什么时候可以拿到认证？以下是其他人的近度：
8月25录入系统，12月11日寄出。8月底录入系统，12月18日寄出。除此之外，别无消息。我想现在应该处理到了9月底10月初录入系统的了。

今天又刚收到他们的回复，还没弄好，邪门了。好象有几个从进入他们的系统到有结果基本是3个半月，我的从9月17号进入他们的系统到现在也4个多月了。

To Shanlu:你的指纹鉴定本周应该做好了吧？如果你的9月17还未做好，我的10月7还不知道等到猴年马月（已经是猴年了）。一旦有消息，请知会。另外，你收到过关于提供背景调查所需要的个人及住址历史的信吗？

Sometimes the RCMP reply is not reliable. I remembered when I emailed them to inquire the status on 12 Oct., they replied my application was processing. When I emailed again on 10 Nov., They told me the certificate was sent out on 8 Oct.
I have a friend who emailed many times to ask the status, and got the same replys of under processing. Finally he went to Ottawa to ask RCMP in person, and got reply the certificate was sent out three months ago. What a funny job.

Why someone told me that there are two types of the non-criminal certificate in Canada, one is just as everybody did, another is paper-based certificate, only within 10days can be done, and it is also appliable to the Buffola. So does somebody know this information? Can we choose the simple and faster paper-based one?

To Coca Colada: 不一定，但在中国的应该递交，在加拿大的等第二封信来后再按要求作。鉴于目前在加拿大作指纹认证时间之长可上吉尼斯世界纪录，建议第二封信来之前4、5个月前作。
