I provided my material on May of 2003, and the status changed by 12 from last two months. Now it is still stick to 12. I got my FN at 16, July 2001. Is there any person like me? Welcome to comunicate with me. It is going to be bored

2004.7 status changed by 12.

2001年7月拿到档案号，2003年五月补材料，2004年8月之前为8，2004年9月变12，至今12。不知是否有戏？

Do you mean you have not provide your update material untill now? It is strange, you have to ask them. Because my case is extremely slow already.

My status was changed at 25/10/2004 by 5. But I have not got any letter from Embassy. Is it normal?

hey, we are in the same situation, I was asked to submit passport, physical exam, and landing fee in May.
I submit those thing in July, The status change to 5, and I got a request letter for my bank certificate, and forms update....and so on in late Aug.

I submit again in Sep, soon the status change to 5 again on 22 Sep.

I waited 6 weeks and send a email to ask why I can receive nothing according to status 5. They reply immediately that they did not send anything to me, the 5 just a error on server and they are waiting for my graduate certificate from China Academic Degrees and Graduate Education Development Center.

but it is very strange that I submit the graduate certificate at the first material passing in June. it seems that they are mess up with the procedure.

Btw, my FN issued in 2001 Jan.
I got a IETS letter in 2002,Apr. I ignored it.
IETS letter in 2003 Apr again, I took part in the test and submit the result.
ME request in 2004 May.

be aware that the embassy only accept the graduate certificate mailed DIRECTLY from China Academic Degrees and Graduate Education Development Center, if it is YOU who sent the certificate, they will ignore it.

I submitted in May 2000. So far, still 5. They are waiting for my fingerprint results. The code should be 8, not 5. I emailed them, they said the e-case always updated slower than the real.

Although I am in Canada, I think we are on the same boat. Let' s share our experience and prayed for what we want.

thank you reminding me, I have asked the CADGEDC last week, they said they have sent my result to the office in July and will resend it this week by my request.

Do you mean they also make mistake although they are very slow? I didnot provide any graduate certificate after the initial material. Could you explain what kind of graduate certificate they need from the certification centre?

in principle, every procedure has a duration, and they will ignore any inquiry within the processing time.
so I waited 6 weeks(the delivery statement of the office web site) and send them email.
if you have not been asking any further information, don't be anxious, cause they will give u the guide within request letter.
