办理移民文件（工作合同）

向前辈请教下：

我如果要证明自己以前的工作经验，看checklist好像要以前工作合同的公正件。
问下：如果自己按照noc写的工作介绍和以前公司合同有出入？不是很惨？

你的工作介绍还需要你的老板签字／盖章，所以我觉得跟合同有点出入并不重要

可是如果2年前的合同都找不到了，怎么办？我只有以前公正过的工作经历，但是只写了工作单位，工作期限，岗位，非常之简单。这样可以替代合同公证吗？

官方文件里面有说明如果你提供不料相关证明材料应该怎么办。雇主信写什么内容里面也有说明

官方文件里面有说明如果你提供不料相关证明材料应该怎么办。

雇主信写什么内容里面也有说明

没有这么夸张啦，至少也是英语专业八级的。

上面有说合同公证件，'notarized signed employment contracts from your present and past employers'.

i am afraid that i cannot find my previous employment contracts.，但是我有工作经验公正件的，但是那个都很简单的。只是想问，我的这个工作经验公正件可以代替合同公证马？如果不行，实在没有合同怎么办？

你哪个大使馆申请，就看哪个大使馆的checklist。

I see. I have read the checklist from Beijing Canada embassy website.
It says: Other acceptable evidence of employment, if you are unable to provide a letter from your current employer, are your employent contracts, letter of appointment, pay stubs, work ID, business card, or other documents you believe will confirm your employment.

THen i understand, thanks for your tips.
PS: i think don't need translate it, since i had my translation/interpretate certificate, and i can understand it clearly.
