Help !!!check engine!!!

I have a dodge Neon 98, the check engine light turned to be ON several days ago, I tried to read the error code by just turnning the key ON-OFF-ON-OFF-ON, then get: 1-2-3-5-4-3-5-5, that's 3543, who can tell me what does this mean?
