用rrsp买房，不住，出租行吗？

我在异地用RRSP买了一个房，因故不能入住，想出租，但不知是否会面临交税兼罚款。如果卖掉，是否因该再买一个来避免交税。请懂行的人出个主意。

I am a first time house owner, however, I change my mind and not sure i will move in, at least not right now. and I do want to keep it for renting profit. therefore, I am not sure if I should keep it or sell it out and buy another one in Calgary.

I am keeping watch Calgary house marketing, I can not see next price increase in Calgary very soon. It is no way to make money if you will have more 150,000 montage.
