【求助】3.5 年新的房子,验屋发现basement渗水
3.5 年新的房子,验屋发现basement渗水,有个今天在漏。另有3个裂缝,其中一个有漏过水的痕迹(80cm左右),一个有湿痕, 还有一个裂缝未见水渍。屋顶有多处翘皮。还有许多保养问题,硬木地板多处有破洞,水槽下水管漏水,多个pot linght 不亮,。。。 下一步怎么办呢?主要是漏水, 是保修期内,怎么交涉呢。第5个banking date的期限在下周一。如果想拒掉offer,有办法拒掉offer吗?谢谢先! |

跟agent表明dissatisfied at this proporty, 他说可以给签mutual release. 内容如下: ...I asure you that any other property that you would want to purchase will have some issues, but in this case I am sure we could talk to the seller to remedy the deficiencies. But if you have made up your mind and you are determined to get out of Purchase Agreement Mutual Release and sign...needs to be accepted by the seller and then our broker. Please note that it would take 21 days until out office is able to give your deposit back since deposit cheque was not certified. 让他们维修,我们肯定不接受,特别是漏水的是。这21天是合理的退款时限吗?谢谢! |
