进修 【求助】请问电话interview的技巧！

请有经验的朋友传授一下，在电话里面都会被问到一些什么问题和多久？谢谢！

1. tell me about yourself;
2. your experience in your resume: the skill, technologies in projects, your role...;
3. then ask some technical questions, some in your resume, some not;
4. some technical or non-technical tests may follow;
4. almost all interviewer ask: any question for him/her. You have to ask some in order to show your strong interests in the company;
5. sometime ask othe questions, such as your status in Canada, how long you have been here, any other interviews from other companies...
6. what's your salary request.

Be fully prepared: put a paper resume on side, do some home about the company, go through your resume again, make sure you know any thing you put on (such as skills and technologies...)
