我可以等孩子出生后,工作600或900小时,然后休父母假吗?
能不能在毕业前后孩子出生,然后工作半年左右,累计够时间后,休两个月的妈妈假(在孩子满一岁前),想在孩子9,10个月大时,带孩子回国看看. 休父母假,是看孩子出生前的工作时间,还是看休假前的工作时间? |
