波音为了提高经济效益,把737做到了极致,美其名曰MAX。怎么极致呢?就是在原机体的基础上做加长版,节省设计费,然后配大涵道比发动机。 由于发动机尺寸变大,快擦着地面了,波音想出两个解决方案。一,进气口改成椭圆型,二,发动机前移。这个方案二破坏了飞机的气动布局,起飞爬升时容易出现机头上扬,仰角过大,有失速坠毁的风险。于是三哥出场,编写了一段飞控程序,当检测到飞机仰角过大时,飞机自动压低机头,来纠正飞行姿态。 这段程序是为了弥补气动布局的天生短板,所以比较低调,低调到什么程度呢?一,操控手册里根本没提,略过了,飞行员不知道还有这么个恶魔小程序,二,整个控制过程全自动,神不知鬼不觉,你人工介入后若干秒,机器又重新介入,反反复复,永无休止。据说在飞控触摸屏的某个菜单下有个小按钮,可以彻底终止自动驾驶,夺回驾驶权,但飞行手册里没提,所以没人知道,呵呵。 三哥没想周全的是,仰角感应器也有失效的时候,会误报数据。于是乎,机长与飞机进行人机大战,飞机认为仰角过大,拼命压低机头俯冲,机长拼命拉起,再压下去,再拉起来,可人终究斗不过机器,最后还是三哥的程序赢了。 以上纯属推测,不承担任何法律后果哈 |

空难的原因不仅仅是软件那么简单,应该一层层剖析。 1,直接因素是感应器误报,有人说应该增设感应器,核实误报,比如有三个感应器如果两个说没事,飞控程序就不该介入。这种说法不成立,比如你家里一个CO警报器响了,你不会因为其它警报器没响就忽略这个响的,你必须采取应急措施。 2,第二个因素是人机大战,机器不该和飞行员争权。这个也许有三哥码工的问题,但同时也侧面说明MAX起飞时因仰角过大而失速的巨大风险,不得不让电脑迅速介入。就像汽车防撞系统介入刹车一样,等司机去踩时可能已经撞上了。 3,那么最终因素是什么?偶认为是被破坏了的气动布局。因为发动机前移,造成每次起飞都要面临极大的失速风险,必须要软件随时介入,应急系统被常态化了。常在河边走,哪能不湿鞋,每次起飞都是在博命呀,都要仰仗传感器,仰仗飞控修正,仰仗机组配合,否则后果不是失速就是俯冲,这个问题无解。 |

这个报告把矛头指向传感器,并给出了解决人机大战的步骤。这次空难,要么是这个步骤没有传达到埃航的飞行员,要么是这个步骤没起作用,要么是还没来得及实施这个步骤。 资本家嗜血本性,能挺一刻是一刻,说谋杀也不为过。如果没有床铺的行政禁令,max恐怕还在天上飞着呢。其实FAA拎不清,别人都禁飞了,你再撑着也只能本土飞,如果再掉下来一架,摔的是美国人自己,那脸就真丢到家了。 |

三哥的程序很邪恶,不仅和飞行员争权,而且不断增加烈度。在人机大战中,机器每次夺权后都会对水平尾翼增加2.5度的调整,这个2.5度是增量。所以几轮争夺后,水平尾翼就处于俯冲的位置了,谁也拉不回来了。 埃航的黑匣子在哪找到的?在地下20米,中铁7局挖出来的。所有乘客遗体都成了碎片,埃航给每位家属发了一袋现场的焦土作为遗体。 |
