Usually human eyes and ears won't be able to feel the difference on above devices and a 30K system if you play 720p and 1080i HDTV.

So far no 1080P HDTV source available here in Canada.( Maybe I'm wrong ).
1080i is good enough.

Plasma has better picture quality vs. LCD.

Burn-in and panel life are not problems any more on LG/Samsung/Panasonic new models.( 60K hours like CRT ).
