I fished the RDR on saturday. I managed about 25-30 whites in the afternoon. Most where caught on phaesant tails.

I generally fish below the dickson dam. I have caught whitefish at almost every run and pool. I fly fish, but i assume you can use one of those water bobbers, split shots, and a nymph with your spinning rig.

any body want to go?

if you like, we can go this weekend too, then try trout pond if we can not got white. trout pond is just behind dickson dam.

我也听说那个TROUT POND了,那里的TROUT不是很大,数量还不少.不过这周六我有事,只能是周日或下周了.

今年去过那个POND，效果不好，听说现在可以了，所以想去试试。去年在那的收获还是不错的。那就长周末吧。

我以前没去过,渔翁应该去过,等回头定好时间,大霸出口的RDR见.

I couldn't believe it, but, yeah, we caught 16 browns in a time span of about 7 and a half hours. The river is real clear this year, right from the get-go after the ice, there have been browns thriving ! Besides the browns, dad caught: 9 goldeye, 3 pike, 5 saugers, 1 walleye, 2 burbot, 3 rocky mountain whitefish, and another amazing thing: a sturgeon!!! Just a little guy, but, it was awesome to see that. Me, I caught: 13 goldeye, 1 pike, 3 saugers, 2 walleyes, 4 burbot!(lol perchy), 6 whittefish, and had a sturgeon, but he slipped off on the stupid barbless . On the whole, though, i say(or as my grandpa says)"we done pretty well" lol, ttyl, gotta go.
