Cheap clients would lead you to be a cheap real estate agent. and don't even think about they would bring you any other decent clients in the future.” "you deserver your commission, that's your money, paid for your hardworking. you can show your appreciation by giving your clients a gift, might be a small appliance, a few hundred gift card, or just a pot after deal, but don't even start the business when the client asked for cutting your commission at the beginning..... you would not do your job better, no matter how cheap you are, you still owe the whole responsibility to all parties, that's risky, keep in your mind, You Are a Licensed Real Estate Professional! 老大是个很深沉的人儿, 神马东西都能读出了内涵! 老兄的语文一定下了不少功夫,要么就是被语文老师或是鲁迅类作品给害得 关于decent与否的问题,其实大家再明白不过了。问题是,很多人一边努力的寻找着“廉价的服务”,包括搬家,接送,装修,律师......一边不停的抱怨服务的档次。就是一句话“便宜没好货,好货不便宜”,当然,贵的也不一定是好货 对于房屋买卖,一个对于你很重要的决定,你如果不思考一下做个decent client,不相信你能找到decent agent. 随便找一个帮你谈deal的太容易了,大街上,一块砖头砸倒10个,9个可能都是agent 再给大家讲讲我上周的一个客户: 打电话让我给他约看房(说是从51.ca看了我的广告),帮他皮里巴拉准备一堆材料,开着车去他家接,交谈中闪烁其词,其中说道他现在的居住房子,告诉我说是2年前37万买的,便不再多讲。看完房子说“房子不错,回头再联系”。通过我对人的理解(也就那么30多年的经验 )心理也犯嘀咕,回头查了一下他现在房子的成交历史----2年前,自己买的(没有agent),巧的是在原屋主terminate了他的listing合同之后,私下成交的。我不敢妄自评论他就是在“利用”agent的“免费劳动”,但,我不想再带他看任何房子,我相信他有“能力”再买一个“私售”的 引用:
