请教问题，急在线等

我的机器WIN2000，以前没这个毛病，现在不知道怎么了，有时候不能访问国内的网站，连QQ都连不上国内的服务器，但是其他的都可以看见，比如北美的或者台湾的。我想知道为什么会这样呢，而且我重新装机器就会好，可是没几天就又不成了，最近一直是这样子。是不是病毒或者木马什么的。。可是查了什么都没查出来啊。所以请大家指点了，我实在是不想就一天就重新装下系统了

连不上的时候就会说什么超时，说问管理员什么的，可是SOHU163SINA都上不去就是浏览器的下面蓝杠在走可是到最后就打不开，

Start->Run->input cmd

Don't input ipconfig directly

in the black command window, type ipconfig

输入ipconfig/all

找出gateway, ping it

if ok

tracert -d 207.54.105.193

if ok

everything is fine
otherwise check it

更多的时候是这样的显示，是什么意思呢.好像和才做的一样

OK. Before reinstall the OS, make sure you have these:
1. SP4 and all security patches installed
2. Anti-virus software with latest virus defination.
3. anti-spam software

The problem is on your local machine.

tell us your network status.
1. dial up or DSL or Cable
2. did u set the right DNS? (DSL and Cable)
3. did u surf through router/hub/switch
if you are behind a router, check your
router's WAN setting.

use ms update to patch all critical updates.

通过防火墙的，没其他
升级完了，可是问题还是存在
