One is machine operator, one is professional position( I don't understand the name, pay $20/h). It seem the employment is becoming much better and better. Any friend who want to find a job, it is the best time for you. Don't hesitate, take action right now!

By the way, after I accepted this job, I got another 3 interview for millwright. So I think the Resume is very very important. Put more attention on your resume and cover letter, that is my opinion.
