他们什么时候调查你，你那一年符合就行。没人知道他们什么时候调查你，所以没人知道你那年可以不用符合要求

那个表格上的收入是不是家庭总收入呀？（不论我LP作不作共同担保人）

不做担保人，就不算她的收入，确切地说是所有担保人的收入总和

我8月18日给移民局递交了给父母办移民的材料,9月初收到一封信,说已经接到我的材料.但到现在又过两个多月了,再也没有任何信息,我连自己申请的CASE NUMBER也不知道.



我想请教一下,有没有人能简单介绍一下下一步是什么,要多长时间我才会有移民局的消息.

你可以用你自己的client no查，就在你的移民纸/枫叶卡上，或者交费清单号。别说让你等2个月，就是再过2年不理你，都不意外。

我如果想一个人担保父母移民，spouse的收入状况不需要填 （item 15 to 19，Page 5 and 6，经济担保评估) ， 对吗？

right,不是co-signer,就不需要些收入，但你的配偶人头还是得计算在你负担的总数之内。
