真麻烦。。。。

IB was unable to ascertain your identity through an independent third-party identification search. Accordingly please provide us with a legible photocopy of your valid driver?s license or passport signed and dated by a Canadian guarantor such as:

* A Commissioner of oaths; or
* A professional who knows you personally (a pharmacist, optometrist, doctor, dentist, lawyer (or notary in Quebec), accountant, notary public or engineer).

The guarantor must state on the photocopy:

* "I certify this to be a true copy of the original"
* His / Her profession and address.
