急问：急需由于交通事故上法庭的翻译

由于朋友开车时没有注意，不小心擦了一下别人的车，在根本不知道的情况下没有停车而是直接将车开回了家，在晚上凌晨时，被警察找上了门。现在的情况是警察要起诉我的朋友，所以急需一个会讲中国话的官方翻译，为什么我们想自己找翻译呢，主要是不想到临时时由法庭指引，如果自己能提前找到的话，在语言沟通上，思想交流上都会占上风。十分感谢各位朋友。如果谁有这方面的消息，可以在这个贴子上留言也可以发信给我，我的信箱是：zhaocen8@hotmail.com。

逃离现场罪，好象怎么也占不了上风．
警察能找上家门，就说明有目击者作证，或者是当事人另一方盯的也够紧的．
到了这种情况，那么推断，擦的不算轻的说．轮胎碰一下马路丫子还咚的一声呢，要说＂在根本不知道的情况下而没有停车＂，法庭上站不住脚．
你可以要求法庭寻找国语传译员．自己找，费用超过修车．

中文报纸上有一个广告, 是所谓"一个会讲中国话的官方翻译". 你要是找不到, 俺晚上帮你找找.

"Hit and runs targeted
The specially trained officers of this unit are responsible for investigating all serious and fatal hit and run incidents.

Regular patrol officers investigate incidents that are less serious and then forward the cases to the hit and run investigators for follow-up.

A hit and run is any collision between a motor vehicle and a person, object or another vehicle after which the driver leaves the scene. Depending on the circumstances and the nature of the incident, charges can be laid under the Criminal Code or provincial statues.

In addition to providing advice to other Service personnel and to the victims of hit and run incidents, Hit and Run Unit investigators maintain regular contact with auto body shops and auto wreckers.

Auto body shops are prohibited from making collision-related repairs of more than $1,000 to any vehicle that does not have a damage sticker. The sticker indicates that the collision has been reported to police.
Auto wreckers are prohibited from destroying a vehicle damaged in a collision without a police-issued damage sticker. These businesses are required to contact police before doing any work on the vehicle if there is no sticker. "

没什么大不了的,让你的朋友和对方私了,对方可撤诉.我有一个朋友就是这样坐的.(也是在晚上，被警察找上了门)
