I see from COSTO has NewYork Citypass sale @74.99, is that good to buy?

including below admissions:

Empire State Building Observatory and Audio Tour
American Museum of Natural History including a Space Show
Museum of Modern Art
Metropolitan Museum of Art including same day admission to the Cloisters
Guggenheim Museum OR Top of the Rock™

I just saw from COSCO website there has such voucher sale... if we plan to see all the 票上的项目, how many days should we stay in New York? I mean book how many nights in Hotel?
