探亲签证延期

我正在给父母办探亲签证的延期，有几个问题请教大家：
1。在B-FAMILY MEMBER一项有个type of ducument required, abcde和none共6项，该选哪个？这是什么意思？
2。是否把这个申请表打印出来，然后再加上交费收据原件和2张照片就可以寄出去了？我好像还看到需要supporting document, 这都包括哪些？
3。family member只写我父母吗？我算不算？还有国内我的兄弟姐妹要写吗？
4。照片有什么特别的要求吗？如果两张照片不一样行吗？

1. If you put your father's name as the applicant, your mother's name will be on the first field of B-family member. If you will extend her stay as well, you should choose A(abcde are the same 5 choices on top of the form).
2. There's a checklist in the package, no need for the photos. You do need provide photocopies of your parents' passport(first page, visa page, and the page with Canadian immigration official stamp when they entered Canada). Other documents--such as bank statement or you or your husband's pay stubs--if you support their staying. If they booked return ticket, you can provide a copy of their air tickets--it's optional.
