這裡每個人都在努力尋找真理,如總統,小慧,witty,我,及其他. 只是每個人的背景,態度,方式不同而已.這不應該傷害討論的氣氛. 太極拳是非常困難的,也沒有足夠的科研,這是事實. 我有超過50本太極拳的書,只有一本用骨骼,肌肉原理講解,言之有物. 是外國人寫的,這便是太極拳的悲劇了. |
老實談太極,認真打太極,追求真太極,嚴防假大空.

總統問了很多非常合理的問題,總統的邏輯思維也很清楚. 但他有太多的問題,我要回答便需寫一本書了. 簡單地說幾句: 剛體理論上沒有力的傳輸和蓄放的問題,但人是彈性體,有蓄放的能力,也有力傳輸效率的問題. 太極拳在這方面是很精細的.所以smilejohn的理解大致上沒問題,只是不夠細致而已. 力的產生是依靠肌肉收縮.將肌肉拉長(易筋經),將肌肉放鬆(太極拳),便增強肌肉蓄放的能力.加上有效傳輸系統(骨骼),太極拳的力(劲)是很厲害的. 太極拳說<用意不用力>,但對總統沒有必要說這些了. 不要低估'意'的重要性.Everything is in your mind. 太極拳被誤解的太多了,舉一個例: <由着熟而渐悟懂劲>,普遍認為是<招熟>,是從<招>中<悟懂劲>. 事實<着>是<黏>,是從<沾粘连随>中<悟懂劲>. 從<招中悟懂劲>便走錯路了. |

這是完全錯誤的概念. 正確的骨骼結構有如CNTower或SkyDome(結構其實比他們更複雜). 骨與骨間靠韌帶(ligament)固定位置,外力經過骨骼結構傳到足底. 肌肉的參與不大,所以撤外力的时候肌肉沒有外展运动. 功力不夠便傳不到足底,要用肌肉了,便有外展运动. 這裡很多人都知道的.看來他們並不想告訴你呵 |

How strong is the knee ligament? It can support and stablize a 200-300 lb body and sustain continuous pounding on the pavement several thousand times a day for a life span of 80 years. How strong is bone: Bone is one of the strongest materials found in nature. You seem to be very proud of your logical thinking ability. Let me point out to you that you try to use your experiments to prove a negative. Wonder if you know that you cannot prove a negative using experiment? Do you know that even if something don't work in an experiment doesn't mean that it will not work? You seem to be very proud of your scientific knowledge. Let me point out to you that when you devise an experiment, that experiment has to simulate the actual condition, or the results of your experiment is not valid? What you have tried to do is to localize (isolate) and test only a certain part of the body, but in Tai Chi we use the whole body? So your experiments are not valid at all. The experiment that I have asked you to try is to prove the positive, and it simulates the actual condition, so my experiment is a valid experiment. So much for 'President' as a scientific logical person!!! |
