Something wrong. Before you have your car registered, you must have a car insurance. Mine is from state farm(find agents' number from yellow page. I did in this way.). Visit edm*******.com. You can get more info.

You can have a drive license which is equivalent to G2. Go to a register agent to do it (The same place where you have your car registered.). You must obtain your heathy card in three month.
