是个练太极的都知道,练太极要松。李雅轩曾说过要“大松大软”、“松了内劲自然会增长”。给人的感觉好像只要“放松了就能出内劲,那在人所有的姿势中,平躺在床上应该是最放松的姿势,那为什么躺在床出不了功夫?在我看来,松的问题不解决,莫说练出太极功夫,就是太极健身都是问题,要健身的话还不如去做其他运动。另外,太极要松,但“松”同时也是一剂“毒药”,往往成了不想下功夫练习又幻想有绝世功夫的人的借口。
这个问题提的非常好。大家都在说松,说松了能出功夫,越松越能出功夫,但却没有一个能把松和功夫之间的必然联系说的清楚。我就先说说,望Gary和其他高手们斧正。

松应该有身理和心理两方面的功效。心理属于比较高的境界,留给高手们说吧。我就说身理上的作用。松一般跟松沉和松活一起说的,松了才会沉,沉到地下,这样根劲就有了。通过松,可以理顺身体的筋骨结构(此时还要慢,慢慢理顺,这就是练习太极拳要慢的原因;而且还要保持这种最佳理顺状态,甚至养成习惯,乃至成为本能,这也是练太极拳的人身形灵巧行走敏捷的原因),让劲力传递时不会耗损丢失,不会产生阻碍,以及不会产生内伤。松了,身体骨架自然就会活,结构体活了就能应变。在不丢根劲的情况下,结构体能按照太极图虚实应变,形成一个绞肉机把对方绞进来,再抛出去,这应该就是梦寐以求的太极拳了。

顺便说一点,太极拳不用手臂发力的原因也是跟松有关的。一旦用手臂发力,结构体的松活就会被破坏掉,结构体就僵。这样的话,根劲没了,变化没了,这太极图也就出不来了。

按理说,她从小练拳,而且是直接在孙禄堂的指导下练,不应该这样。
莫非说,松多了以后就该这样?你已经走在我们前面遥遥领先了,就把你在前面看到的环境说给大家听听吧,然后大家再斟酌一下是否继续往前走。

她教的学生“松沉、松活”都做不到,很难说她本人对“松”有准确领悟。当然了,如都能做到,她的神功也就发不出来了。
至少她的徒弟们的听劲和跳跃功夫很好,一听到师父的劲就噌噌地跳出去了。

其实唯物和唯心之间的界限很难确定,不是所有看不到摸不到的就是唯心。比如,心到意到,意到气到,气到劲到,这就是我们常说的心意气内三合,从这里能分得清楚哪个是唯物?哪个是唯心?

我感觉肘膝更难松开。
我还没有走到那么远。目前只是松腰胯圆裆定腿,扎根走圈,腰以上部位只是随腰胯运动。先打好结构体的基础再说,其他的走一步看一步,这个太极拳“有排”练的,慢慢来吧,反正这辈子就跟它耗上了。
