Anyone heard about this nanny agency?

Hi,

I saw this ad on our local Ottawa chinese newspaper that they have a handful of nannies for hire for only $800/mth. I was wondering if anyone has heard or experienced about them. They claim they can apply one for you from China and takes about 4-5 mths to process, and everything is legit, no other misc. fees other than that monthly cost, which seems too good to be true. Their website doesn't say much though: www.winnersimmigration.com
The Ottawa contact person is Sally.

I'd appreciate if anyone has any further info. about this.
