关于进口的问题

刚刚注册了个人公司，有几个初级问题请教：
1.进口的时候如何收件人写公司名字还是个人名字？税务上有区别吗？
2。如果用快递或者海运发货，报关时他们会问我公司的相关信息吗（比如税号、进口号）？
问题有可能说不清楚，实际我就是不明白进口时的操作的细节，希望哪位高手前辈给予详细指教。

Tell your Customs Broker ( I use UPS) that you are a business. You are charged GST plus Duties(if any) only. No PST. You can claim the GST back as a reseller.
