下星期有一个RBC的电话面试,有谁有电话面试的经验?通常会问些什么问题?要准备些什么?

They will ask your experiences about serving customer and finance.
I used to get a phone interview from TD Waterhouse call centre,
I told them I do stock investment myself, understand how to trade
financial product, know the basic of Canadian financing market,
have experience in serving customer, know how to deal various
customers...... Anyways, tell them you will treat customer as god
and always try your best to satisfy their request......
