Yes, that's what she's looking for, first-aid cert is perferable. I know the pay is not very good, while I can guarantee she's a nice lady and no late payment. it got to be live-in, she will be back to work on Feb 1, and the younger kid is only 8 months old, night-care is extremely required. Really, According to my experience, professional work is easier to find and handle for most of our Chinese immigrants. |

How about food(breakfast, lunch, dinner) fee? Talk to her whether she will charge? For a 24 hour live-in service, $9.62 sounds funny. |

Say, let's leave it to the applicants to figure out as I said, it's not a job for most of us like you and me. And she asks for 44hours per week, believe me, she will most likely have a time keeping sheet, if extra hours are required, she will pay and send a thank you card to the nanny afterward. Some people are like that, they want every penny of their money spend on the right spot and never steal anything beyond the contract, it's called "均真" in Cantonese. |

every thing has two sides liked a coin. If you didn't discuss and explain, I didn't know a live-in nanny needs to work two shifts, day-shift and night-shift. That means that the live-in nanny worked double-time and be decucted $362. I just heared that they ususlly hire two live-in nannies when they want their children be taken care whole day. |
