As IPT Support, this resource would be called upon to:
 Provide services in the areas of monitoring, operations, and maintenance
of
the organisation’s converged IP Telephony network and systems.

 Provide Tier 2 support for routine moves/adds/changes in IPT
infrastructure.

 Provide technical guidance and expertise to the team for the diagnosis
and
resolution of complex IPT problems.

 Provide support in the resolution of IPT related problems and the timely
completion of trouble tickets.

 Coordinate the testing and deployment of voice infrastructure and
telecommunication system changes.

 Create and maintain IPT support documentation, procedures and diagrams.

 Minimum of five (5) years’ experience in networking with LAN and WAN
technologies (ISDN PRI, TI, T3,MPLS, QOS) and associated data and VoIP
network
protocols (TCP/IP,EIGRP,OSPF,BGP,H.323,MGCP,SIP).
