说句题内话。

我觉得这里办事有点死板，为罚款而罚款。缺乏批评教育这一条。

大家觉得那些法律人士过的很有意思嘛？2小时内重复同一个问题几十次自己不知道无聊吗？
谁说的？上庭后，“念你是初犯，扣点减免，罚款减半“，再加一句，以后好好开车哈！这不就是教育？
