如何购买一个加油站 (什么牌子)
大约投资多少??
利润能达到多少?!

加油站大市内的一般超百万，郊区会稍微便宜些。
一个方案是找是否有现成卖的，买新站一般要找公司总部，他们会告诉你什么地方会开，需要多少投资，BLAH，BLAH。
油站靠量，本身利润率极低，特别是大城市内的。还有要注意地下的TANK是否需要不断花钱维护，那个东西极费钱，稍有差迟会直接被关站。

还有，如果有人加油后没有付钱就跑了，不能让员工掏钱补偿损失。

本人有个不错生意在爱城
想再投资一个别的什么生意.所以想到加油站.或别的什么(4S店)?! 这时候真没有主意

You probabaly can go to WWW.WENXUECITY.COM for a look. There is one man who invested several gas stations, very good benefits. However, not all guys have good luck as him.

I do not know Edmondon, but in Toronto, 2million gas station is just so so. I suppose you prefer to choose a good one instead of a so so one, as so so one means die earlier or earn money poorer.

I still remember someone in here invested the gas station, only about 500k dollars or so, but i think this kind of station does not own property, you can find the history posts.

Gas station不同别的东西，光买business, 基本保证你有赔无挣

年入二十万的小生意.然后可以早点退休.做点自己喜欢的事.

不动产比较稳定一些，打理简单，而且保值功能比较好，但是收益较低，如果要达到20w的确收益,大概需要300w左右的物业可以达到。
小生意收益高很多，但想完全甩手比较困难。
