Consultant is giving GCE Solutions, Inc. the sole and exclusive authorization to submit his/her
resume for below mentioned position. This exclusive authorization will be effective for 30
days. Any other company, which submits consultant’s resume for such assignments during this
period, has done so without his/her authorization and consent.
2. It is further agreed that after GCE’s Client has completed interviewing the consultant will be
available for GCE for at-least 5 business days from the time of the interview. If the Consultant
receives a confirmation from GCE to start an engagement, within 5 business days from the
time of interview, then the Consultant warrants and represents that it will be able to join the
project, who has been selected by GCE and its Client as detailed in the Purchase Order, begin
rendering services to GCE on the start dates set forth in the Purchase Order. In case consultant
is pursuing other opportunities and is likely to get selected for an assignment elsewhere, he/she
will inform GCE at least 48 hours in advance of interview date, so that his/her candidature may
be withdrawn.
3. Any negotiations on the compensation for the services should be done directly with GCE
Solutions. Consultant is not authorized to discuss the rates with GCE’s Clients. If consultant
has any concerns on compensation, he/she should discuss the same with GCE before signing
this document. Else below mentioned compensation would be considered as the final
compensation after signing.
