dont mislead others. nobody knows about air canada's fate. when i talked with my collegues here, most of them still remember 2 years ago canada3000 banckrupted which left thousands of people who purchased their tickets with nothing. lots of people dont buy air canada's ticket now or at least dont buy return ticket.

some people said because air canada is the only national carrier so the government is gonna bail it out, that's totally nonsense. westjet is doing well now and ther r lots of amerian carriers flying most majors cities with lower prices, so i dont see theer is any valid reason for the government to bail air canada out. so my suggestion is be careful with the company and talk with your agent about ur travel plan.
