这个是骗局吗？还是求助？

I am in hurry writing you this message and i hope you get it on time, sorry I didn't inform you about my trip in Malaysia for a Program. It has been a very sad and bad moment for me here, the present condition that i found myself is very hard for me to explain. I am really stranded here in Malaysia because I was attacked and robbed on my way to hotel, all cash, document's and cell phone which i have all my contacts were stolen off me.

At this Presently I have limited access to internet, I will like you to assist me urgently with sum of $2500 US dollars to sort-out my hotel bills and to get myself back home. I have spoken to the embassy here but they are not responding to the matter effectively, I will appreciate whatever you can afford to assist me with, I'll Refund the money back to you as soon as i get back home without any delay. 我纳闷的是，如果是骗局，什么好处不提，怎么就光提出来要借钱？如果是求助，怎么不发给亲人呢。

試想一下妳去米國遇到同樣的情況，妳報案，當地警方負責聯係上了加拿大大使館，大使館最少會負責聯係妳的家人，用得著妳去這樣要錢嗎？

當然，如果妳家什麼老虎很忙不管，那俺們也不敢管。

凡是用Western Union 汇款的都是骗局。搜索一下Western Union Scam就知道了。
