地下室添个洗手间要政府的PERMIT吗
地下室想添个洗手间方便出租,听别人说要政府的PERMIT,怎样一个步骤,政府不批准怎么办,大家都申请了PERMIT吗,我问过一些朋友都没有申请,有什么后果吗,谢谢

实际上每个CITY是有不一样LAW,在一定的范围内是不要PERMIT的,最好自己去查CITY的BUILDING PERMIT SECTION,或最简单的,CALL THEM,做了后,CITY会重新评估你的房价,多出来的PROP TAX,就是你新的房价乘上TAX RATE,例如你装修了后价格升了1万,在SCAR,TAX RATE < 1%,你就多交不到100刀 引用:
