如何知道只有1000个名额?和现在的处理时间?

北京，应该正在办理到07年9月初，2010年只有1000名额限制，比去年减少很多。估计今年北京办理的，07年的CASE办不完，08年的希望渺茫。
在07年7、8月份递北京的，应该已经寄出文件，没有收到的话要去查询了。

Can somebody tell me normally how long it will be take from the online staturs code chnage to 13 till you get the passport? My case has been waiting over one and half week but I still have not heard anything yet. I left the mailling adress is in Beijing, so it should not be took so long.
