【求助】问个父母移民担保填表的问题

在IMM 1344 A表--application to sponsor and undertaking 中低8向，填完了a)项里边的婚姻状况，b)项中的conjugal partner 那块还需要填吗？分不清它和common law以及married的区别。

Here is the definition

"This category is for partners—either of the opposite sex or same sex—in exceptional circumstances beyond their control that prevent them from qualifying as common-law partners or spouses by living together."

Should select "No" on 8(b) as conjugal partner does not conflict with spouse or common-law partner.
