如何从美国进口车？

I don't know how to tranfer it but if it is in LA area i can check it for you.
check the local dealer first they have lots of experience.

准备去搞个二手的S550或者GL SUV。曾经从美国把自己的车带回来，不过南下去买倒是没有直接经验。

Bylaw, USA dealer cannot sell new car to Canadian, period.

If you buy the used one, it must be more than half year old and 6000 miles. You cannot drive back to Canada unless you pay US tax. To aviod the double tax, the car must be shipped to custom and you clear it with the boarder and pickup from there.

Check the local dealers they have lots of experience as lots of Canadian buy and transfer cars from US.

里程表是mile/hr 应该没关系吧？记得坛子里以前有人还花钱去改了，但证明没必要。

GL的里程表，光有mile没有km；不知米国佬怎样想的？

应该可以切换的，只显示一种，俺以前的SRX就是那样，里程，速度，油耗都可切换改公英制。
