[My timeline: 2002.4 submitted bufflo 2002.10. file number late 2003(forget the exact date) transfered to Detriot and an interview required. early 2004, Detroit officer waived my interview and asked updated infor, new form, FBI crime clearance, medical exam,.... 2004.6 medical exam, updated form. 2004.8 asked my passport, landing fee. they told me that I must send passport and landing fee in two months also I can get the visa in person. that is my story, hop it is helpful for all of you |

I didn't do any thing about the waive of my interview. I was prepairing the interview, the waiver latter came. I don't know the real reason. but I think when Bufflo assessed my application, the pass mark was 75, after that they decreased the pass mark to 67.this is possible reason Detroit waived my interview. 引用:
