都可以不用。而YEAST,面粉和水是必须的。

YEAST ??? 那里有的卖啊? 能说具体的牌子和名字吗?我只买了POWDER . 可以吗?上次没买就只用面粉做,做出来太实了,没有餐馆做的好.

默认

先放,yeast,等面发起来后,再放一点baking soda (用水要先化开)。
如果没有放baking soda, 蒸好后一揭锅盖,包子或者馒头可能缩起来了。
会变得比较硬。
