默认 问下白家卤料,找不到原贴了

总在这里学习,感兴趣的大家做过好吃的我就copy下来整理打印当成我的菜谱
这个长周末实践了用白家卤料卤鸡爪,鸭珍,猪舌,味道不错的说
不过有一点,记的原来帖子里面说卤好的东西可以捞出来也可以放在汤汁里面浸泡过夜更入味
我咋发现第2天,汤汁已经凝固了成冻了,很难肉汤分离
因为还有东西继续要卤,没办法,只能再加热化汤后,一个个捞出来。

如果卤汁想再用就不能把东西留在里面过夜吧?下次加卤粉继续用,可是这样化来化去是不是不好呀?卤汁要怎么保存呢,冷藏冷冻?

我是这么操作的, 卤完让东西在汤里面泡几个钟之后再捞出来,没过夜. 剩下的卤汤装在密封的容器里搁冷冻室, 等下次想再卤东西时提前一天取出放冷藏解冻得七七八八的, 到要卤东西的那天一大早取出室温解冻.

我是这么操作的, 卤完让东西在汤里面泡几个钟之后再捞出来,没过夜. 剩下的卤汤装在密封的容器里搁冷冻室, 等下次想再卤东西时提前一天取出放冷藏解冻得七七八八的, 到要卤东西的那天一大早取出室温解冻.
