You can use PCAnywhere. Also Windows provides a way for remote control. You need to make a disk on server, then run this disk on client!

Depends on what you want to control. Use telnet is the simplest way. Or Microsoft's built-in Remote Desktop Control.

如果需要被控制的机器是Windows XP, 可以用内置的Remote Desktop.

如果需要被控制的机器是Windows 2000或以前的版本，可以用 realvnc.

两种方法都不要钱。

我用netmeeting可以控制对方机器，不过我不清楚对方是怎么配得
