我是跟别人share一套公寓的,公寓总价每月1200,我出500。那个人出面签的租房合同,我的租金每次用现金付给那个人。报税时,“房东的名字”我写谁呢?是公寓管理公司还是跟我share公寓的这个人?当然,他会给我写收据的。 是不是按道理,他的租金报税只能按每月700报?如果他按1200报,却没有报租金收入的话,会不会出问题? 好像,象我们这样的分租,是不符合整栋公寓管理规定的。是不是一套公寓房间,只能有一个家庭,不能私自分租吧? |

Attach a copy to your paper return. If you were not a resident of any of those provinces and territories, this line does not apply to you. Residents of Newfoundland and Labrador, Prince Edward Island, New Brunswick, Saskatchewan,and Alberta claim their provincial credits on Form 428, and use them to reduce their provincial tax payable on line 428.
