要求提供的Experience letter是什么东西？自己写的还是以前的雇主提供的？

This is the first time I heard employer wanted your former salary stub. He doesn't trust you at all. Experience letter can be your reference letter. Your former company's human resources should help you to write one for you.

就是因为没有pay stubs不知道他们会有什么反应。怕有不良反应。。。

Without paystub you will have trouble getting the new H1B for the new employer. It is illegal to stay in US after you lose your job. Your new employer has to get the stub before filing the H1 application.

Just tell them directly about the nature of your previous work and they should understand it. Applying for H1 for the first time does NOT require pay stubs from previous employer UNLESS you want to transfer it.

我在加拿大找工作。刚刚做了一个coop。现在一个美国公司给了我offer，提供H1。让我给他们我的相关资料。其中包括pay stubs。我的coop没有stubs，所以不知该怎么对他们说。直接说我的前一个工作是coop没pay吗？

Make sure the company knows you are in Canada. They probably think you are in US having a H1. New H1 case is different than existing one.

And to correct my last comment: some position dosn't have quote limitation, such as university, or non-profit. For normal company, the 2007's quote is used up on 05/26. If you have degree from an US university, there is still some.

i didnt get your information. But my employer still required me to submit all the materials they need to process H1B visa in last week. What do u mean on normal company? Is it possible to apply for H1B after May?
