中文XP系统，为什么英文网站会有中文繁体乱码？

I am using Chinese Windows XP operating system in my computer.

I found when I opened some English web sites,for example,www.monster.ca, there were some 中文繁体乱码 in the websites.

But for most English websites, the words are right without any 中文繁体乱码.

What is the problem in my computer?please let me know,thanks.

IN SUCH CASE, UR DEFAULT FONT IS CHINESES GB. JUST SWITCH TO FONT OF "WESTERN WIDOWS" UNDER THE "VIEW" LIST, THE PROBLEM WILL GET SOLOVED
