工作 【求助】这种情况能申请到Regular EI吗？

休完产假，打算回去上班，但是公司在我休产假期间又雇佣了另外一个人顶替了我，现在没有我的位子了，不需要我了。

这种情况能申请到Regular EI吗？

申请的理由是somebody replaced me还是shortage of work呢？

Same as sickness EI: when you are back from Sickness EI and your position has been filled, you are entitled to Reguler EI.

Reason: somebody replaced me.

失业后保留位置是省里的规定，EI是按照联邦法律发的。，所以呢，可以一边拿EI，一边索赔。
